"The apartment was very conveniently located, within easy walking distance to essential shops, restaurants and the old city. It has secure parking inside the complex. The block is in a residential area, with lovely trees and greenery around it. It is spacious, renovated and modern, with all the things required and more. The kitchen is extremely well equipped and has everything one needs to be able to cook a proper meal. It has a good size balcony with seating. The bedroom and bathroom both spacious and very comfortable. All the essential information required is listed in an information booklet. The best accommodation we stayed in during our 3 week trip in France."

"I have holiday properties on this platform. And know how hard it is to maintain very high ratings. Anyhow, the reviews are all correct. The apartment is newly refurbished with nice, high end appliances in the kitchen. Great shower room. For us excellent, secure parking was essential. Host was very pleasant. The apartment is really close to everything you need, just a pleasant walk (although we also had our bikes)."

"Nothing to dislike with the apartment nor locality and gave a perfect score. The apartment is at first floor level, no lift, so might not suit everyone. On arrival you have to sign a long rental agreement (in French) which is apparently mandatory although never signed before elsewhere in very many stays. There is no practical way to know whether every spoon and cushion was there any more than, as host, you can really check everything remains there. I also know that higher end rentals attract guests who don’t need to take things not theirs. My experience as host anyway. When we left the neighbour met us to take the keys and do a cursory look around to ensure we’d followed instructions to clean and leave bedding in the bathroom. It did feel a little uncomfortable but she was doing the host a favour and perhaps taking extra care. I think there’s adequate recourse via this booking agency for the host to seek recourse if anything seriously amiss."

"Everything! The owner, Pascale, obviously takes great pride in presenting a first class property for her guests. Pascale was there to greet us and show us around. The apartment was beautifully appointed and equipped and there were welcoming touches in abundance…a chilled bottle of rosé, tea and coffee, and so on."

"Very clean, modern, quiet and spacious apartment, with exceptionally well equipped kitchen. Only a few hundred metres from lively Rue D'Italie in old town with plenty of restaurants, bars and delis, and city centre squares only a stroll further. Very friendly and helpful host. Good balcony and plenty of trees around apartment block, which was very private. Easy designated parking spot. Good AC which we didn't need, as it was mid-September, but it would certainly be needed for August."
